Brian is the founder of Cognition, where he brings over two decades of experience in talent representation to the table. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with actors, filmmakers, athletes, and musicians, helping them navigate the complexities of the entertainment industry.
Before launching Cognition, Brian spent 22 years as a talent agent and partner at William Morris Endeavor. During this time, he gained valuable insights into the industry and built strong relationships with a diverse array of award-winning and culture-defining artists.
In 2022, Brian decided to create Cognition to focus on a more personalized approach to representation, emphasizing the unique needs and aspirations of each client. He is dedicated to nurturing talent in a way that highlights their individuality and authenticity.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys the natural beauty of Park City, Utah, where he lives with his wife and children.
Alyssa Chulak
Alyssa Chulak, a California native, pursued her education in Biology at UCLA. However, her college experience took a transformative turn as she immersed herself in creative courses and internships, igniting her passion for the entertainment industry.
Alyssa's professional path began at WME, where she dedicated six years to both the talent & television literary departments. While she was there, she teamed up with agents, executives, and creatives, gaining the hands-on experience and knowledge needed to become a trusted and forward-thinking talent representative.
In January 2023, Alyssa made the transition to Cognition, driven by a desire to collaborate closely with a curated group of skilled actors. She is committed to discovering compelling material and overseeing the daily operations for Cognition's clients, helping to ensure their creative and professional success..
